1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Chichi Game Store (hereinafter the "Service"), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any third party accessing the Service in any form.
2. Services Provided
Chichi Game Store is a digital top-up platform for game products, app vouchers, and gift cards. We act as an authorized distributor working directly with publishers and operators.
- Automatic delivery of digital products via publisher APIs.
- 24-hour customer support through WhatsApp and email.
- Transaction history that can be tracked using your invoice number.
3. Account & Identity
Account registration is optional. For transactions without an account, you must provide a valid User ID, Server ID, or phone number. Errors in entering account IDs are not the responsibility of Chichi Game Store.
Registered users are fully responsible for keeping their account credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is deemed to have been carried out by you.
4. Payments
Displayed product prices already include applicable service fees and taxes. Available payment methods include mobile wallets, QR payment, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards.
A transaction is considered valid once payment is fully confirmed by the payment provider. Payments left pending for more than 30 minutes will be cancelled automatically.
5. Product Delivery
Products are delivered automatically within 5–30 seconds after payment is confirmed. For certain products (physical vouchers, annual subscriptions), delivery may take up to 5 minutes.
If a product does not arrive within 1×24 hours, you must contact customer service with your invoice number for investigation.
6. Refunds
A 100% refund applies in the following cases: failed product delivery caused by issues in our system, double-charges, or verified duplicate payments.
Refunds do NOT apply to incorrect account ID entry, wrong server, or wrong amount selection that has already been successfully delivered. Please double-check before confirming.
7. Prohibited Use
Users are prohibited from using the Service for the following purposes:
- Money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities.
- Using another person's credit card or bank account without permission.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or exploiting the system.
- Abusing promotions with multiple accounts or automated bots.
8. Limitation of Liability
Chichi Game Store is not liable for indirect losses, loss of in-game items due to publisher policies, account bans caused by violations of publisher ToS, or service disruptions from third parties (payment gateway, internet, publisher servers).
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via email or a banner on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes is considered acceptance of the new terms.
